Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup. We accept bank transfers and cash payments at our Mansoura, Egypt location.

Each package price includes the cake design, all listed ingredients, decoration as specified, and standard packaging. Additional elements such as sugar flowers, figurines, or extended delivery may carry a separate fee, which will be communicated clearly upfront.

Minor changes — such as flavor adjustments or color tweaks — can be accommodated if requested at least five days before the event date. Significant design alterations may affect the final price and require written confirmation.

Cancellations made more than seven days before the order date are eligible for a deposit refund. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation are already underway. We handle each situation with transparency.

Yes. Intricate designs involving hand-painted details, sculpted elements, or multi-tiered arrangements require additional labor and materials. During your consultation, we provide a detailed breakdown so you know exactly what each design choice involves.

Local delivery within Mansoura, Egypt is available. Delivery fees depend on distance and order size and will be quoted transparently at the time of booking. We take full care in transporting your cake safely.
